Pear Ginger Preserves! Joyce and I made preserves today from a canning book my parents had given me. The turned out yummy despite not understanding the term “dice” and some missing steps in the recipe (really the recipe descriptions and step by step’s could be more helpful). It was still alot of fun and I can’t wait to do it again.
